Pulse Secure Client version 9 is available and may work better on some systems. It is available here
For Windows and Mac OS, the new client will be called "Junos Pulse" instead of the current "Network Connect", and it will have a more modern visual appearance. In the case of Windows a client icon will reside in the system tray, and you can establish and terminate the VPN connection from there; in the case of Mac OS, the client icon will reside in the menu bar, and you can establish and terminate the VPN connection from there as well. Until the system has been upgraded, you MUST use the Junos Pulse icon to establish and terminate the VPN connection using Pulse; using the web browser to start the VPN will continue to launch (and attempt to install) the old client.
